BENETEAU FIRST 36.7 RACING
A water sprite, a boat that will stir your emotions. The Beneteau First 36.7 is one of Bruce Farr’s masterpieces, outfitted with the finest available equipment. A lean and fast racer/cruiser with a hull length of 11,10m, a draft of 2,30m and a 18m high mast, it boasts an impeccable design, top-notch sailing performance and comfort. It was the IMS World Champion twice. Although conceived and fully outfitted for racing, this is also a fantastic boat for blue water sailing and summer cruising, thanks to the dynamic and rational interior design which offers ample living spaces and combines cherry wood trim, stainless steel and white upholstery.
It sleeps 8 people in three double cabins (1 forward, 2 aft) with 2 berths in the saloon.
But this is not all…
Our First 36.7 (named "Faamu-Sami") is truly special. It has a blue hull, teak slatted cockpit benches and deck, a 170 cm wide carbon steering wheel, custom-designed full batten mainsail and furling genoa. The sails were designed and produced by Marco Savelli, the leading sailmaking designer for Mascalzone Latino, one of the strongest challengers in America's Cup 2007.
Despite being the smallest boat we offer, Faamu-Sami is the admiral of our fleet. A real jewel for sailors wishing to race competitively at the one-design level, yet still cruise in comfort.
